Our home based studio is located in Perth, Western Australia.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

All orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order is packed and ready to go and a confirmation of delivery email when it’s been delivered.
Please ensure delivery address is correct as once it’s been delivered we are no longer covered for incorrect details. Lost delivery can occasionally occur. We will look for the safest and hidden place possible, if this isn’t close by to your door we will contact you with a photo of where your order has been place.
Local Pick Up
We currently do not offer pick up as our HQ is a home based studio.
We do offer international shipping however this currently can not be done via the website. For international order requests please email email@example.com
Commission and Custom Orders
Custom orders are created and processed within 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Commission order time frames and delivery dates vary each order so these specifics will be discussed during the commission process.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Your happiness is our priority so if you are not 100% satisfied with you order returns are accepted up to 5 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These incidents are unlikely but are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
